The Swagman BUMPER ADAPTER fits to specified bumpers on the back of a camper or RV to create a 2” hitch receiver. It’s built to attach to 4”x4” and 4.5”x4.5” continuous welded steel bumpers. The adapter is designed for supporting a hitch mount bike rack, and is not designed for towing or cargo carriers. It’s made from solid steel and is easy to install.
The total weight capacity of the RV Bumper Adapter is 210 lbs - this is the total weight it can safely carry, which includes the weight of the bike rack and the bikes being carried with it. (Confirm load capacity with your RV bumper before installation)
